In addition to the stock book and document center, we also have boardrooms in Adminflow. Here you can share documents, delegate tasks and of course sign documents: board protocols, contracts, etc.

Secure signing for the board
Our signing solution is based on Bank ID, and all administrators and board members can use it freely. This is included in the price when using Adminflow. You just choose who will sign, set the deadline (and how often it will be prompted) and then the board or the person you have asked to sign will be informed that there is a document ready for signing. The document can of course be read in advance.

Signing for investors and those without a Bank ID
In addition to the signing solution with Bank ID, we have developed a separate electronic signing solution that allows investors to sign documents. This is registered with a digital signature on the individual document, so that everyone has the opportunity to sign in Adminflow. This is also especially useful if, for example, you have foreign users without access to Bank ID signing.

Nobody wants to print, scan, sign and scan (again) documents in 2022.

Therefore, you can solve signing easily in Adminflow. If you have questions about the signing solutions, do not hesitate to contact us.
