Norwegian public and private limited companies must submit a shareholder register (AR statement) every year. The AR statement is submitted to the Tax Administration and in their shareholder register, all information about transactions and events is collected in the reporting companies. If companies forget this, it can be costly (in the form of a coercive fine).
The reporting provides the Tax Administration with a basis for taxation and prepares RF-1088 (share statement). The AR statement thus formes the basis for the tax return to priate taxpayers and thus how much to tax. Correct reporting in the AR task is incredibly important and that is why you should submit this with Adminflow.
Submission of shareholder register statement
The deadline for submission of shareholder register statement (Form RF-1086) is 31 January each year. As a user of Adminflow, you can easily send your shareholder register to Altinn with a few clicks - directly from Adminflow. Since you always have an updated shareholder register in Adminflow, Altinn receives the correct information, without you having to enter this manually in Altinn.
There are several things that are important to keep in mind in connection with the submission deadline. Among others:
We can't say it enough. The shareholder register statement must be submitted by the deadline of 31 of January
Unapproved AR assignment must be resubmitted. Otherwise, the information will not be included in the Tax Report to your shareholders
Have you or your company invested in entrepreneurial companies? Then you can save a lot in tax deductions if you remember to register this
When you register the transactions in Adminflow, you will always have an updated shareholder list, and can report directly to Altinn. Which in turn can save you both time and potential mistakes
